STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
The times listed above is an estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.
Refused Shipments- If you refuse any shipments from YoudWear.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). Please Note: This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

YoudWear.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise with a Return Authorization number within 7 days of receipt.
We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Return credits may take approximately 7 days to be processed upon receipt of the item.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at cs@YoudWear.com to be eligible for a refund.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the RA number. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in any way, the return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on BCD items, and custom or personalized orders. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
Items clearly marked as 'Sale' may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at romo-store.com. Store credits never expire!
All Final Sale Items are not returnable, they are final sale. Sale items over discounted 50% or more is considered Final Sale. Coupon codes may not be used on final sale items and will not be applied towards final cost if used.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once your package has been received, it may take approximately 7-14 days to be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified via email once the transaction has been completed.

SEXY LINGERIES POLICY
Because of the intimate nature of some garments, please check your choices and sizes very carefully before ordering (sizing charts are provided) because INTIMATE CLOTHING ITEMS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR SANITARY REASONS AND ARE FINAL SALE. Returns are limited to UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, NON-INTIMATE ITEMS ONLY (no split or partial item sets) within 7 days for store credit only and must receive our approval RA# email first. Any intimate clothing items (including, but not limited to, sets containing or items that contact intimate areas or crotch like panties, thongs, G-Strings, teddies, body stockings, briefs, hosiery as well as lingerie, vinyl, wigs, swimwear, etc.) and costumes are FINAL SALE and MAY NOT be exchanged or returned. COSTUMES and gift set items are non-returnable and are FINAL SALE. Any allowed returned item must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging and in same new condition for store credit only (less 15% restocking fee) with our RA approval email. If we make any shipping mistakes, we will replace with the same corrected size or color product.
Contact us using our online form to request our REQUIRED EMAILED (RA#) ITEM RETURN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL FIRST within 7 days of delivery. Any shipping or insurance costs are non-refundable. Once our emailed item RA# is received, you must return the item within 7 days, after which the return RA will expire. Any unauthorized items included in the package without our item RA authorization, will NOT be credited and may be either returned at sender’s expense or discarded at our option. Customers must pay any return shipping costs and provide a return tracking number to verify return before a store credit will be issued. Upon receipt of an authorized RA returned item and inspection approval, authorized RA returns will be issued that item's store credit amount, less a 15% restocking fee per item which can then be used for any new item order. (Courtesy or special store discounts expire on dated coupon as issued.)
Any unauthorized packages returned without our emailed RA, either refused by the buyer, opened or unclaimed and returned to us are subject to either up to a 50% restocking fee per item (S/H, insurance costs are non-refundable) for store credit or will be refused or returned at customer’s expense, at our discretion. Back ordered items will be shipped when restocked unless customers notify us to request cancellation if possible and receive our email verification. Please login to check your account status for any changes and email us with any substitution requests. Since manufacturers often make duplicate products, (usually hosiery and body stockings) we may occasionally substitute only same items from different manufacturers. Discount store code coupons must be used in current order at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after purchase is completed. Any shipping insert or issued coupons expire on date of coupon. Any other store credit coupons must be used within two months of issue. We are not responsible for customers incorrect email addresses, misdirected email, full email mailboxes or anything that produces "bounces" or returns as undeliverable and prevents email communication. Customers must provide an accurate working email address and must add our YoudWear.com domain to "allow" list if spam filters may be used. Please check your "spam" folder in addition if you do not receive a reply from us. Customers may be requested to provide a secondary email address, emailed through our online form in case there is a problem with their primary email address. Email support available during regular business hours: M-F 9 am-6 pm EST. For any order questions, provide your name, email address and order number, as any status information is through email and order payments are not accepted by phone. Please allow us 24-48 hours to research your order and respond before disputing a purchase as miscommunications and lost or blocked emails by customer's spam filters can be an issue. We will make every effort to answer questions as soon as possible.

Warranties and Disclaimers - We attempt to describe all manufacturers’ items as accurately as possible but cannot warrant that all photos, descriptions, or content are without error, complete or current. Customers only remedy for items that appear to differ from the description to a significant degree, is to return or replace it with the same item at our discretion for YoudWear.com store credit only. Images shown may differ from the actual product and manufacturers may alter products without notice at anytime. Products are inspected and pre-packaged directly from the manufacturer so customers must contact the product’s manufacturer concerning any quality, design, defect, or claim about any manufacturer’s implied or written warranties as we are not responsible for these. We may offer limited correction at our option, including determining if defective, or may replace manufacturer's defective items (but not damaged items) with the same item within 7 days of receipt. Our complete liability shall not extend beyond the full credit amount for any item that may be in question in any order. We reserve the right to refuse or refund customers for any order for any reason.
By using our site, membership or ordering processes you acknowledge you have legal authority, right, permission and ability to do so and have read and agreed to all of our terms and to abide by all of our policies.
