YoudWear.com provides its customers with high quality, brand name computer products at prices far lower than other suppliers. Before doing business with us, many of our potential customers are concerned that they will be getting sub-standard material. We want to use this space to address these concerns up front.

Q. What does the "Lowest Internet Price" price mean?
A. The "Low Internet Price" price is the low price we've recently found on the web from another reputable merchant. We do the research for you to take the guess work out of buying from Romo Store.
Q. That "Sale Price" looks too good to be true, how can it be so low?
A. Our prices are low to begin with as we pass the savings we get on to you. From time to time, we reduce the price of an item even more so that we can make room in our warehouse for new inventory. And since we always guarantee your satisfaction at any price, you win!
Q: How about the packaging? How does it look?
A: Usually, the box we ship the product in is the original factory packaging. However, sometimes the original box has been shipped previously and we decide to repackage the unit in a double-walled brown box to ensure that the unit will arrive to you in good condition.
Q: What happens if I do have a problem with a purchase?
A: We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us through our toll free number or using our web site and we will work with you to resolve your problem. We have a 15-day return policy.
Q: Do you sell used products?
A: No, all of our products are new.
Q: What about errors on the Web site
A: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and YoudWear.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, YoudWear.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with YoudWear.com Return Policy.

How do I place an order?
Step 1 Shopping Cart - Add items to your shopping cart. And once you're done shopping, click the "checkout" button. You can edit the quantity by highlighting the number in the box, correcting the quantity and clicking the button with the circulating arrow, on the right side of the box. To remove items, just click on the trash can button next to the item you'd like to delete.
Step 2 Account - For existing customers, enter your email address and password and click "Login." For new customers, create a new account by filling out the form and click "Submit."
Step 3 Address - If your billing address is correct and you'd like your package to be delivered to your billing address then click "Continue Checkout." If you'd prefer to have your package shipped to a different address, then click on "Different Address" and click "Continue Checkout." You can select a saved address from your address book or enter a new address.
Step 4 Confirmation - Confirm your billing information, shipping address, enter your coupon code or gift certificate code and select shipping preferences. Once you have confirmed all your information is correct, proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button.
Step 5 Purchase - Enter your payment option, payment information and click "Make a Payment."
Step 6 Receipt - After accepting your credit card, your receipt for your order will appear. In addition, an Order Confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Although we make every effort to keep accurate stock of everything listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we'll notify you via email. Adjustments will be made to your order immediately.
Do you match competitor's prices?
Yes, Romo Store will match any of our online competitor's regular-priced merchandise (sale items do not apply) within 7 days of your purchase. Adjustments will be given at our discretion. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you've found an item at a lower price elsewhere. Please include a link to the item in your email and include your Purchase Order number. You'll be contacted once your information has been reviewed.

State tax is charged to states where Romo Store has a physical presence. Currently, this is only Georgia. The state tax is 4% in GA.
How can I track my order?
An order confirmation email is sent once your order has been successfully transmitted. Additionally, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be included in this confirmation. You may check the status of your order once you login to your account using your email address and password. Then, simply click on "Order Status" and you'll be able to view the details of your past orders and current orders.
How can I modify my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to make any changes. For questions, changes or cancellations, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com.
What information will be collected?
We collect information from you that you provide when you login, join our mailing list, register with us, place an order, or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. Categories of information collected include your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number and credit card number. In addition, we may maintain a record of your purchases from Romostore.com.
How is my information used?
When you make a purchase from Romostore.com, we use your information to process your order and to answer your questions about the status of your order. How does Romostore.com make sure my order information is secure?
Romostore uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to keep your online order information safe. SSL technology encrypts your credit card number, order information and personal information before it is transmitted to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Romostore.com. Once you enter the checkout page, your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".
Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card for one order?
Due to product availability, we may split your order in multiple shipments to guarantee that you get your order as soon as possible. We only charge you once your merchandise is shipped to you. Since items may ship at different times and/or locations, you may incur separate charges on your credit card.
Where is the CVV Code (3 digit security code) on my credit card?
To aid in the prevention of fraudulent credit card use, we may require you to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value Code). It's a 3 or 4 digit code located in the signature field on the back of your credit card. Your credit card information will be protected by (SSL) Secure Socket Layer technology certified by a digital certificate.
What information do we collect?
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
